Home Post-Event Checklist

For all non-health fair events, the following tasks must be completed within 2 weeks after the date of the event:

  1. Fill out Post-Event Form
  2. Upload pictures to Google Drive folder
  3. Fill out membership log
  4. Submit reimbursement formsĀ
